The Manager’s Path is amazing. It’s super practical when it comes to navigating each step in the management ladder, from team lead to manager to manager of managers to executive leadership. I find myself referring back to it every month or so. And Managing Humans is a pretty fun read, even if just for his writing style.

I’ve also heard good things about Peopleware and just recently purchased it, so I’ll be reading that one soon!
